RPM specializes in asset management, maintenance and disposition of REO. Our services include BPO, appraisals, inspections, board-up, security, cleaning and maintenance.

Once a property is acquired, we will quickly secure your asset by boarding up the main points of entry, clean all debris, winterize the plumbing system and prepare the property for marketing. Our 24/7 team is equipped to board up properties up to four stories. We offer the choice of plywood or steel plated doors and steel window guards.

Further, we can provide routine cleaning of apartments, hallways, interiors and exteriors, windows, garages and parking lots, and can handle any heavier cleaning tasks such as construction debris and rubbish clean-up and removal.

If a property is occupied, we can handle all rent collection and deposits, and all communications and notices with the tenant as well as cash-for keys negotiations on behalf of our client. If a property is vacant and you want to rent it, we can handle the entire process, from advertising the property, screening tenants, and coordinating move-in. We carefully document the condition of both the unit to be occupied and the common areas before and after move-in to avoid any possible disputes related to damages.
