Meet our company…
Reliable Property Management (RPM) was co-founded by Valdir Barion and Paul Fasold to focus on management and maintenance of residential and commercial real estate in the metropolitan Chicago area. With over fifty years of combined real estate experience in the Chicago market, Reliable Property Management provides clients with the best combination of quality services, effective pricing and reliability that is available.
RPM is a full-service property management company focused on residential and small commercial properties in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs area. We also offer management services to developers and REO properties for banks and other clients.
We draw on our experience and seasoned knowledge of the Chicago real estate market to offer our clients an extensive range of services, allowing them to choose only the services that they need and that fit their budgets. Meet our Principals…
Valdir Barion brings a depth of experience from his seventeen years in the real estate field, with expertise in residential management, construction, financing, leasing and brokerage. He began his career in 1992 by purchasing, rehabbing and managing foreclosed and distressed properties for his own company, moved on to be a partner at Chicago Capital Mortgage & Real Estate, and eventually founded Link Builders and Development, a Chicago residential general contracting and development company, where for the last eight years he was Principal and Managing Partner.
He earned a degree in construction management from Northern Illinois University.
Paul Fasold started in the real estate business very early, acquiring his first parcel of real estate in Chicago right after graduating with a B.A. from Western Illinois University. He became a licensed real estate agent in 1981, specializing in commercial and small multi-unit residential buildings, and is currently an agent at Re/max Signature in Chicago.
Paul knows and understands the value of properties, knowledge gained from his work as a licensed real estate appraiser (1990-98), having appraised 3,000 properties in the Chicago area for banks and mortgage companies. His special expertise is in restructuring multi-unit buildings to turn them into profitable properties. His management experience includes all types of residential properties in Chicago.
